What We Need from You:

✅ Shopify Login Credentials:

• To build your site, I will need full access to your Shopify account. Please provide your login credentials or grant me full permissions to make necessary changes.

✅ Product Images & Details:

• 20 high-quality images for product listings
• Your logo and watermark (if needed)
• Product weights for shipping calculations

✅ Size & Color Charts (if applicable):

• If you don’t have these, provide the apparel brand & styles, and we’ll generate them for you.

✅ Product Descriptions & Turnaround Time:

• Your estimated turnaround time
• Detailed product descriptions, including materials, washing instructions, shipping info, pick-up options, and disclosures

✅ Store Policies:

• Return, exchange, refund, and shipping policies

✅ Social Media Links:

• Direct hyperlinks to all social media pages (not just the names)

✅ Pricing & Collections:

• Price list for all products
• List of product categories (e.g., Graphic Tees, Tumblers, Boutique, Children’s Clothing, etc.)

✅ Branding & Design Preferences:

• Your store logo (If you don’t have one, a simple logo can be created for $25, which must be purchased before the website build starts.)
• Preferred color scheme (Tip: Search “color palettes” on Pinterest for inspiration.)
• Font preferences (Tip: Search Pinterest for font ideas; we’ll match them as closely as possible.)
• Collection cover colors
• Website theme/style (Options include Retro/Checker, Leopard, Western, Cowgirl Pink, Boho, Neon, Strawberry, Skeleton, etc.)

✅ Shipping Setup:

• Phone number & shipping address for profile setup
• Standard shipping rates:
  • 1 lb & under: $6
  • 1-5 lbs: $10
  • 5 lbs & up: $20
  • Custom shipping profile available if provided
• Important: If you offer pick-up, your address will appear at checkout per Shopify’s policies.

Turnaround Time & Policy:

⏳ Website Build Turnaround: 7-14 business days from the date all required information has been submitted.
🚨 The turnaround time does NOT start until all required details have been provided.

⚠️ No Cancellations or Refunds: Due to the nature of this service, all sales are final. Once the website build process begins, there are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
